Curtains came down on the Africa Gold Cup that doubled up as the 2019 World Cup qualifier on Saturday 18 August with the final three matches.
Namibia hit Kenya 53-28 in the showstopper of the day in Windhoek to retain the Africa Gold Cup and qualify for a fifth straight World Cup.
In Kampala Zimbabwe turned the tables on host Uganda with a 38-18 win for their first triumph in five games that saw them avoid what could have been an embarrassing relegation.
While the Sables survived it, it was not the case for travelling Morocco who went down 36-13 to host Tunisia be ejected out of the Gold Cup to Silver Cup next year.
As Namibia topped the log, Kenya Simbas came second, Uganda third. Tunisia ended up fourth ahead of the Sables.
Morocco propped the table with three points and will be replaced by the winner of the Africa Silver Cup to be known when Algeria takes on Zambia on 28 August.
