Kenya Harlequin were on Saturday March 16 held 22-22 by Menengai Oilers on matchday 13 of the 2018/19 Kenya Cup at RFUEA.
Austin Sikutwa had a chance to win it for Oilers with a penalty after Quins' offside but his attempt was unsuccessful.
First leg meeting ended 14-8 in favour of Oilers in Nakuru.
Oilers led 14-15 at the interval after tries by Derrick Keyoga and Sikutwa's five points as Jasper Ochen had converted David Ambunya and Daudi Semwami's tries for Quins.
Oilers extended the lead after halftime through Keyoga's converted try but the home side hit back through Eric Shikuku's penalty and Peter Misango's unconverted try which would have seen Quins go two points up.
With Nondies going down to KCB, Quins stay third with 24 points after picking two from the draw. Oilers stay ninth with 22 points, six above Blad who lost to Kabras Sugar.
Quins face another test on matchday 14 when they host Homeboyz while Oilers will be home to Nondies.
